My weasels love the spray bottle too!! Vincent just goes nuts flopping all over the place and all over everybody. This usually results in a wrestling match between Bear and Vincent (skinniest vs fattest... ) Mia absolutely dies over cat teasers. She hops, skips, flips, flops and dives for that shiney, sparkly feather no matter where is goes! Sometimes I trick her into falling into thier mini pool she always gives me a little guff after that! "Moooooom, now I'm all wettttt" All I have to do is walk into the room and Yayo starts dooking. It is the best thing ever. Whether I'm waving to her from across the room or throwing her in the crinkle bag, she is as happy as a clam. Marcellus...my little butthead! Decides when he is excited enough to dook. You're either TONS OF FUN or too lame for him to act excited enough with the others...typical! Haha love him though!

Some ferrets just don't dook. I've had a couple who have never said anything. Has anyone noticed that males dook more than females? My guys have a tendency to have a lot to say for themselves, especially when they're stalking a furlady in the blankets or in the tubes. Napoleon loves to chuckle to himself while chasing the ladies...it usually means some screaming shortly when he finds them They seem to take exception to his attentions I've told him that laying on them and squishing them is not anyone's idea of fun or squishing them while they're hiding in the blankies. His 4+lbs vs their 1lb or in Natasha's case less is a very uneven match ciao

That's so funny Heather. Koby chuckles alot when he's gotten a choice piece of food,he'll then take off with it chuckling away as he scoots off to his favourite hiding place to eat. Funny how I find myself chuckling as I watch him do it.

My foster girl dooks up a storm when I spin toss her onto the bed. Then BillyBob, the alpha male/bully will dook like crazy when he gets to go into the foster ferret's room (and I know what he's saying is not nice). He would love the chance to get to beat them up. Since he doesn't get to he has to tell them who is boss through the cage

Got to love the boys and their foul mouths I just know that Napoleon isn't saying sweet nothings when he's hunting little girl ferts and what Odin says to the newbies who are locked up in the isolation cage is probably unprintable I can remember Odin before he was altered (he came to me in full season) and he would rumble around the house...you could always hear him before you saw him. He was constantly talking. That was one of the things I missed when he was altered because all that dooking suddenly stopped . It was like taking his bragging rights away . I have to admit though, he did smell better ciao

Zoe always goes insane when I wear my long gypsy skirts. She'll dook all around my feet in a circle, leaping at my hem and latching on.
Sayen dooks sometimes while her and Zoe are playing, but she doesn't dook for me.

It's because we can't dook back Aaron. It's not because they don't want to. I only have had a couple of all the ferrets that have come through my rescue who will actually dook at me. As long as they're dooking then you know they're happy and that's what really counts ciao
