Well...isn't that a neat-o idea. Of course, now I am going to always wonder which dirty words are no no's, and what those words get switched too. It is sooo tempting (like the big red button that says "don't push". Hmmmmm. I will keep everything pg13ish....but we are all human, and some of us have a more corrupted vocabulary than others.

Hey, by the way, I made new stewie yesterday with just a tad of kibble in it. I also blenderized some chicken livers into it, and when I serve the stewie I put larger chunks of raw chicken on top. It is a big hit! They love it, and are all eating it readily, although at different times of day. I have four that will eat first thing in the morning, and the other four eat a little bit later, and all 8 eat off and on for the rest of the day. Yea! I am hoping to progress to the next step this weekend, when can devote more time to it. Work just gets in the way of everything (*^%)^*)(()&*%$ darn it!

Well, I have made another batch of soupie, this time no kibble at all added. Just a little broth, and chicken. I wonder if I have changed this too quick. So far the only taker is Jetta (my baby), but of course the plate has only been out about 5 minutes. Angel took one sniff, and blazed out of the cage. I don't think she is pleased with my "cooking".

De was a little hesitant when I removed the kibble from the soupie. Try adding some crumbled kibble on top (just a little). It will still be less then what you were adding to the soupie. De came around. Shes 8 and if she can do it any ferret can

You have the patience of a saint lol. I was about ready to chuck Sams out the window when he went on a "hunger strike" for 1.5 days earlier this week.

I'm moving right along now! I made my new batch (like I said earlier) with just blended chicken and added chicken chunks to progress them to the next step. No one but the baby would eat that. So, I pulverized kibble into a fine powder and sprinkled it on top of the chicken. Success! Jetta, Riven, Piper, Jax, Sassy and Angel ate that...finished a whole plate off. Harley and 'Topher were sleeping at the time, and missed out on the experience. I will hopefully catch them eating it soon!

Today has gone fairly well. Except when I got home. I look over into the cage and there is a plate full of meat. My husband states "it's the same plate you left for them before going to work". PANIC! "You were supposed to be monitoring them and keeping track of it on my grid" I yell in a paniced voice. "Ha, Ha" says my now sleeping on the couch husband. "No, I have given them 4 or 5 plates full today". I am sorry. I didn't find it funny. I am going to try wingettes tomorrow. I will probably have to coat it with kibble, but at least we can make a small step toward the next stage. Wish me luck, and patience as I go forth into this next trial!
