No, I haven't heard anything from the vet. However, Apple is doing great on the Metro and isn't having any more problems. The new problem is how warm its getting outside, and how much I am now spending on my electric bill for A/C! I've been trying to turn it off at night, but then early this week, I guess was too hot, and they both looked a little sad, so back on it went. Other than that, things are going great. After talking with Mustelidmusk, we believe that maybe Apple has IBD and so I am taking all chicken from his diet. He now eats Evo Ferret, so I'm getting rid of that and any other kibble with chicken in it. I'm buying new kibbles and also checking out stores that I can buy raw meats from to start up that again, but more seriously then before. I hope to change his (and Kiwi's) new diet to the new kibble/freeze-dried and NV raw frozen to make up 75% and 25% to be raw meats, then see where things go from there. We think it may be IBD because the 2 times he's needed Metro were high stress times, though the first he did not throw up. Also on raw chicken he got sick (this is first time with Metro) and he always had bright orange poops, and now never. So thats what I am basing this on mostly. He won't be experiencing much more high stress for awhile because I am not getting more ferrets until I live in a house not apartment, and I won't be moving for a few years. Thank you for everyone's concern and help! I really appreciate it!
