Haha its cute really. .. brian keeps coming in and talking to them in a cute voice saying "momma got hurted shes a siwwy momma aint she?" I love that man tell you what...
I got my face cut up too. its fine i'll be alright when i have healed up i'll post pics of my puffy self for y'all to laugh at. Now how is Colbz today =P What did he eat how much and what are you thinking of feeding him for the next few days

Hah, He sounds like a charmer, Lol. x3 Aw, Young love. Ah, No. Hah, Well, Prayers be with you. x3 Oh, Stewart's doing Awesomely. ;D I gave him a small bit of gizzard along with a big chicken leg. He ate all the organ part, and I'm thinking he ate all the leg, because.. I still can't find it, lol, xD and I would have been able to if it still had meat on it, So I'm thinking it really is just the bone. In about an hour or so, I'm going to give him leftover Pork Neck. Tomorrow is Organ day, Then the next is Half a Cornish hen, whatever he wants on that. Day After that it's Chicken thigh. And, I'll have to figure stuff out from there, Ha. x3 |

yeah you can do a half a liver on each day. Now just so you know gizzards and hearts arent organs because they do not secrete anything but giuliana said to me when i did Beasts switch that you can count them as organs on organ day, usually on an organ day here you would get mice chicks rats ect ect but for you you can feed a RMB or two to keep poopies from getting looser on organ days since the bone and cartilage make up the bulk in their diet to keep poopies "normal" (meaning once hes done having weird poopies from the switch normal for rAw fed ferts)

Ohh, Okay, I get it. Sure thing.
I am actually planning on feeding him whole prey on those days, It will be a couple more months though, because I have to save up some dead presidents, Hahh, But yeah, I'm definitly going to feed him mice and rats on organ days.
So, Tommorow he gets his choice of whatever he wants, I'm just going to give him half a cornish hen and let him have at it, ;D
I re-arranged the room Stewarts in, Now he has lots more room to dance and play with Brucey. ;D Hahahh, x3

Me and the fur babies are fine. the police up here are p*ssing me off because i called in today to get my police report but they were all "you need to come pick it up and its 5 dollars" keep in mind im 45 min from the police station that over saw my car accident. I drove in "oh our system is down and wont be up for two more days, try again on wed" THEY COULDNT TELL ME THAT ON THE PHONE?!?!??!??!?!??!?! ugh i hate this. i also need to get ahold of the doctors office so i need to be awake at 8 am to get a dr appt ment haha
Man Colbz gets CGH? a half of one to timself? either i get really big CGH or beast just isnt a big eater cause i usually have to separate CGH into legs/thighs wings/back breast sections
haha... big boy you got there well its late and i'm gonna go get in bed with my mister for cuddles before going off to my own bed have a great evening girly.

Any waysssssssssss i like seeing my boys rip into things too its not morbid, its having admiratipon for the gentle grace with which predators hunt and consume. i love to walk into my room hear some snacking and look at the cage and watch whichever one is eating go to town its better than tv.. heck the other day i had the TV on and was IGNORING it for the ferrets.. they are so silly and goofy and such.. but wow they may look clumsy normally but when they hunt it is miraculous..
yeah i likie watching my ferrets hunt even if it is a staged hunt... so sue me hahah

Yeah, It really is, I don't even feel all weird watching him tear into it. My friends think it's reaeaeally creepy that I'm feeding him raw and that I love watching him maul it, Lol. But, they're supportive, In fact My friends Step dad is a hunter and she's going to hook me up with his killings. I absolutley hate hunting, but it feeds my baby for practically nothing! Haha! I can't wait to see what he gets, Lol. xD
Your right though, It is quite miraculous, and very graceful, It's practically impossible not to be in awe about the whole thing. :]
Well, Stewarts not a pro at eating meat ..yet. If it's not a wing or a leg (and the leg takes awhile) I have to cut it into chunks, He hasn't got the ripping or tearing thing down pat yet, But I'm sure when he gains more jaw muscles and summons his inner carnivore, he'll get it right. ;3

my boys eat for practically nothing right now as well. i get free pork beef and venison because Brian hunts, raises cows and pigs haha..
its nice but awkward cause i feel weird not paying for food buuuuuuut hes a nice guy about it. i still make trips to the grocery for whole prey and fowl possibly fish... hmm speaking of fish i wanted to try a shallow fishtank with goldfish or guppies in it to see beast and bastien go "fishing" it sounds like it'd be fun. =x
fish is mostly just for a treat though its not reccomended for more than once a week
k i'm off to nap away.. the pain killers are bout to kick innnnnnnnn andi'm getting loopy... teehee

Well they dont like tubs filled with water anything else is snorkel worthy they have to get into it willingly for it to be fun hahaha and i am not a loony toon

Lol, Yahh, I Know whatcha' mean.
This summer I'm going to get one of those small (well, huge to the little furrbutts) plastic swimming pools, fill it about 1inch with water and set it outside, so Stewart Colbert (and my babygirl) can drink from it and maybe take a swim, ;3
Oh and I'll get a dozen ping pong balls and throw 'em in thar, Lol.

Well, .. Hm, I don't know if I should be worried.. Or not, But It doesn't seem like Stewart is eating much... I have to cut-up all his meat and hand feed it to him, and sit there watching him, or he won't eat.. And even then he'll only eat 3 peices of the cut-up chicken.. 4 at the very most, then he'll just stash one or two after that, and stop. He does the same at night.. He's really only getting about 6 [1 inch -ish] peices of the chicken a day..
Is this normal? Or Healthy even?
He doesn't look sick or anything, he has all his energy.. So, I'm thinking it's just his appetite.. Maybe he's sick of chicken.. Hahh,
