Sounds great (and thanks for posting what each of the furkids ate, it makes it sooo much clearer for me ) Hooray you've got some of your kiddos eating adult mice! Excellent! and you are absolutely right to offer a variety of ages. Throw in those hoppers/pinkies/fuzzies for variety, but be sure that you are feeding a bit more adults then the babies (agan because they are higher in calcium). It sounds like your babies are doing wonderfully! If they are eating the chunks the next step is to slowly work up to making the chunks slightly bigger and bigger. Take it slow (no rush) and work on getting them to eat a bigger chunk, then you'll be ready to start them on the wings! As for them only eating parts of the adult mouse, thats normal (but its GREAT that they actually ate some!) Give them another few days and just like fang demonstrated, the mouse will be all gone. Great work! Im so excited for you! Sounds like things are going great!

tyvm well yesterday at 1st i cut up some chunks of chicken and most of them went nuts over it and fang badger wolf ate most of it then made a small bowl of the soup mix for the rest of them. ok i will do that with the adult mice i work tomorrow so i will pick up somemore packs of them it was funny with wolf i had to put ferretvite on the head and hold it then he was bitting it and chewing it took him a few mins but he did it lol and that was 2 hours after he had 2 pinkies though. he is getting there and badger i dont think was all that hungy.

Excellent photos! Go babies, go! Oh I am just so proud of your bunch. Sounds like they are doing great! So when you say "big chunk" do you mean that you've increased the size of the chunks? If so, whoo hooo!
