Go fang and badger! Two down, 5 to go lol. Keep up the great work and keep making the soup for the others. What are you putting in their soup currently, and are they all eating it?

Be sure to only give 1 liver, per ferret, per week. Too much liver can lead to Vitamin A toxicity. Liver can be a good bribe though. If you use it sparingly you can drizzle it on other meats to entice them to try it Just remember 1 per ferret per week. I am happy to hear that your crew is starting to pick this up! Are they eating any kibble or are they only eating the ground soupy right now?

ok how long will liver last in the frig? the tub was frozen yesterday when i bought it and had to pull chunks off i just gave little peices to them. not very much liver at all. they really dont seem to like the chicken wing just was playing with it lol they have kibble at nite in there cage and when i'm at home they have the soup mix along with a pinkie or fuzzie now plus in the morning and nite crickets and superworms 1-2 each ferret. time to heat up a fuzzie and take out the chicken

There should be a "Sell by" date on the tub. Use that as a guide I wouldnt leave ANY meat in the fridge longer then 5 days or so (by the way ) As for the chicken wing, get them eating pretty decent sized chunks of meat, THEN offer them a chicken wing that has been broken into three segments (at the joints: the tip, the middle, and the end). If they wont eat big chunks of meat, then they wont have a clue what to do with a wing lol. Keep doing what you are doing, it seems like you are making good progress So they are now eating fuzzies? Good! Pretty soon you'll be able to offer hopper/weaned mice, then next thing you know you'll be giving adult mice! Keep going! Things look like they are going great
