That is a popular cage as well. I LOVE my FN, I had a superpet before and nothing is like the FN. Some people have ferrets who dig in their kibble, so this causes problems for some people (but you wont have to worry about that ) as far as poop flying out, yeah it can happen, but it can also happen on the second story of that Marshalls cage (ferrets can and will test you by pooping on the top floors= atleast until they are potty trained, and sometimes even after ) If its the look of the FN or the price that bugs ya, then I would go with that Marshall Manison. Several people I know have it and seem to like it

A few things to think about when buying a cage, aside from looks. Is it going to be easy to clean? Can you reach all the back corners and everything easily from the doors? Is it going to be easy to take apart for a thorough cleaning every now and then? Do you have room for accessories? Can you hang hammocks, cubes, etc. Is there room for water dishes/water bottles? Litter box(es)? Will the ferret be able to get in and out of it easily? Will it hold more ferrets when ferret math hits? Or can it be expanded to? Ummmm, I'm sure there's more, but I'm not firing on all 8 right now.... When I got my ferrets, they had the super pet, I think. It was awful. My mom bought me a 2 story FN for mother's day last year (I got it less than a week after getting the fuzzies), and I LOVE it! As far as looks go - it's very easy to make cute, just get cute matching bedding sets or something to liven it up some! And as far as stuff coming out of the sides - that's probably going to happen regardless of the cage, specially with a baby! Hope this helps, some....

Several people I know have it and seem to like it Do know, though, that in the marshall mansion you're going to have to be creative with your hammock hanging, etc so that the ferrets can't fall from the top to the bottom of the cage!

Awesome!! Yeah you'll definately have to give us a review of the cage when you get it. Ease of setup, cleaning, etc! I got my ferrets for Mother's Day last year from my hubby (and my FN cage from my mom for mother's day last year, too, LOL) Holidays rock!

Uh - I just thought of something to add to my most useful ferret items - bowls that lock to the sides of the cage!!
Specially for the water bowl - otherwise the fuzzies will just dump it over.

Ack I meant to say water bottle lol I bought the lixit one..16oz I believe. I dind't get a locking bowl because I was afraid that plastic would absorb yuckys from the raw meat so I got a ceramic glass one. Also my cage deal fell through. The guy refunded my money sayin his paypal was messed up and tried giving me another paypal not linked to his ebay account I originally bought the cage from. So I contacted ebay about. I also got in contact with the guy and we both agreed to cancel the whole transaction. I wasn't about to send my money to another paypal account not noted on the ebay. So I'm sticking with ferret.com and I'll be ordering it today. Its the townhouse. Hah now I feel safer about the box lol
