Im scooting this over to the "raw feeding" section 2 livers and hearts sounds just fine, as long as they are CHICKEN livers and hearts If you are feeding two beef livers and two beef hearts then that would be too much. If you can find beef kidney locally that would be a good organ to add (feed half a kidney). But 2 hearts and 2 livers sounds good

Oh sorry! I wasn't very clear about two heart/livers. I ment I feed him 2 hearts or livers or 1 heart 1 liver once a week. Is this still ok? If not it's fine, since I get about 24 livers and 24 hearts for $3.00. I'll see if I can find somewhere with beef kidney!!

Just feed 1 liver 1x per week. and with the heart you can feed more then once per week if you want (count it as a boneless muscle meat) Feed a palm sized portion if its a meal, or feed 1-2 hearts as a treat/snack.

If you can find beef kidney locally that would be a good organ to add (feed half a kidney). Just a warning, beef kidneys are about 1 pound or more. You wouldn't want to feed half of that Just feed pieces that are about chicken liver sized. I just feed exactly 10% organ, I feed beef, rabbit, goat and chicken livers. I've also fed chicken and rabbit kidneys as well as goat spleen and rabbit, goat and beef lung.

Does the "beef kidney" you get look like the picture on this link? www.paclink.ca/beef/The ones I've gotten are nearly as long as a foot ball, pork kidneys are about fist sized and goat kidneys are smaller then that.. Rabbit kidneys are quarter sized.
