Latest Developements!!

I'm SO excited!!! There's a city out farther from Houston, but still close enough, that we were looking at houses in. Then we were told the schools were bad. Everything I kept seeing said otherwise though, so I told hubby to ask around some more and see if he could find other people with kids in those schools. SO he did and he talked to some people and it looks like the schools are good (all the academic stuff online looks good, but I wanted to know about the environment in the schools, you know?). So anyways, if we move out there, we're looking at having acreage!! The kids will get to be in 4H and raise animals, we'll be able to raise our own chickens and stuff for food and have a giant garden!! The kids and dogs will have room to run and won't have to fear traffic, and and and I'm really excited! I've always wanted to have at least a little bit of land!

Thanks. We can cancel out everything I said though. The contract on our house has completely fallen though and we'll be putting it back on the market this afternoon. We've got some decisions to make as far as the kids and school is concerned, where we're going to live, etc. And I'll be out working on the house and stuff for now, too. I probably won't be around much for awhile again. Sorry.

Awe jenn I'm sorry to hear that..The housing market does suck this time around. My parents are having trouble refinancing. Good luck to you!
