a big bowl of fruit (berries) and then a bag of apple gummie-o's, do they cancel each other out? 
I've been in the pool for the last few hours enjoying the last bit of quiet (I locked the dogs in the house,too, hehe) before my children come home today. I'm starved, but not enough to eat a "meal" and its too late anyhow. and now I'm bored. Can you tell? 
I should be cleaning up a few little things, but I think I'll go watch tv (I'm getting really spoiled here at my dad's - cable in every room, which we haven't had in years - which means animal planet and discovery and tlc and history and and and ).
