Does anyone actually have this? www.ferret.com/item/super-pet-ferretrail-flex-e-fun-nels-8-foot-long/ I have a few dryer tubes and some of that black plumbing tubes for him, however I want one that will be quieter. I want to put a tube in the cage I just built for him, I thought the dryer tube would be perfect because it would hold shape. Then I remembered how much I enjoy sleeping through a full night! It would be way too loud to have that in the cage. I want to use it as a "ramp" tunnel because I think it would be fun. The tube would start on the floor and go up to the 2nd level which I estimate as at least 12" high. So obviously I need something that will easily bend out a little on both floors to keep it stable. How does this hold up for wear n tear? I read a review about Loki, (I don't remember your name?) who chewed up the whole thing. Apple isn't a chewer, so I don't see that as a problem. And I was thinking maybe I could line it with fabric inside? But is it flimsy? Does it hold shape if the ferret is inside and not sag? Let me know! Thanks guys

I have one. Its pretty sturdy material. They've tried biting it but no bite marks. I keep it in their cage on the top level. Its quiet, but when you buy it leave it out in the air for a day as it has a strong plastic smell at first. My guys were sneezing as soon as I pulled it out and laid it on the floor for them. Leaving it out, spread open got rid of the plastic smell.

I have a few of them. I first had dryer tubes...mine destroyed those...then they started chewing these ones...I now have the black corrigated drainage tube. They are way noisy, but pretty much indestructable to my crew. I only have a small section in each level for them to climb to the next level. I am looking to sell about $300 worth of the super pet play tubes, with three hoses & three fun balls. Majik about gets stuck, so I'm just sticking with the corrigated tubes.

Ive got several of them scattered about the house. They love them! ANd yes they DO smell when first opened up! Here's a video of Roman actually getting stuck in one! Roman is a very large ferret. Now once in a tunnel he travels all the way to the other end! What gets really funny is when he gets pinned between two other ferrets! Which really serves him right because he tends to harass them. media.putfile.com/Ferret-Trapped-in-tunnelTunnels and ferrets just go together. I like the clear view tunnels and being able to see them playing. Cheers, Kim

LOL that a funny video! Maybe Apple would get stuck then! He's pretty round in the butt! But it I think having 2 ferrets might trim down the rest of Apple's butt!

My boys can't even get into the clear dryer hose-type clear tubes in the winter - but my girls love to dart through them to tease the boys. When my boys try to enter those tubes in the winter, the tubes just compress .
The colorful tube segments that snap together with rings (superpet?0 work well, but they're spendy and a pain to reconcfgure.
The thing I don't like about the black corregated tube is that you can't see through them. I love to watch the thrashing tails.
Fleece tube systems with PVC connectors ae fun, but you can't see through them either. -jennifer

I have 4 of them and my 2 ferrets love them! I put them together and make knots in them and they love to chase each other through the winding pathway and them startled with joy to see someone on the other end of the tube! I like them because they are easy to clean, I just put them in a bucket of a alittle soapy water and let them air dry. I also like them because at least for me they have been indestructible though I am fortunately blessed with ferrets who never picked up on the chewing habit!
