I am praying for your baby. I have been down that road. My Al lived 6 months after diagnosis. We would take him to drain the fluids from his abdomen once per week. He was also on lasix. His feet were very very swollen towards the end. He had a heart attack and died right in front of me on the very morning that I was going to take him to be put to sleep. He was 6 and 1/2. My heart goes out to you both. You are a good mommy.

Oh Heather, such sad news! I know he was a special one, chosen by one of your good old boys to be his friend. They are together now again, romping, playing until they find a nice den to snuggle like old times, each taking turns laying one eye open to wait for the angel that brought them together and gave them love to join them.
