A few weeks ago I switched over to Yesterday's News. The bottom of the cage has two big litter boxes for potty training purposes. Apparently my boy has decided one of them, whether clean or dirty, is his new dig box and he's getting my baby in on the action. I've tried leaving it dirty for a day, mixing in dirty litter, planting poo. Nothing. He will literally roll over the poo while playing down there.

Maybe a time out when he goes in there? Mine dug at first but a few scruff/time outs helped that.

He's certainly enjoying himself Only way I've ever been able to change litters is to have the new one on the bottom, and the old one on top, and slowly change to proportions, else I have the same thing happening. Vincent will still dig up a storm if he's ticked at me

I have a couple that will dig around in the litter box and even drag and stash food in there (ew) I just smile and nod and then walk away....
