Are you talking about sleeping areas? Mine use cardboard boxes with holes cut in, and bedding like old tee shirts and towels stuffed in. They also have hammocks, sleepy sacks, hanging cubes, etc.

I'm not sure what you mean by "hidey" but here's a pic of one of my rice dig boxes, Ghenghis is on the way out This is a pic of a sleep box with 3 of the brats looking out This is what they look like on the inside ciao

Heather, your babies are sooooo cute! My favorite is the one with all the ferrets in the box.

Those seem like good ideas. I have a hammock and a sleep sack for Cassiel, what I meant by hidey hole is the place where she goes to for safety when playing and where she stashes her stuff. I was thinking of making another one for her feeding den too.

OMG! HEather the pic with the two hiney's sticking out of the tubes is AWESOME!!!
As for stash spots they all choose their own....Crumb will take his sock monkey and stash it up inside of the couch, there was a little tear in the black fabric underneath it then I got ferrets and now it is where the sock monkey lives....if I take it out Crumb get angry and will hiss and grumble until he finds it and re-stashes it!

I was actually investigating the snoring. I couldn't believe that I had one in each entrance sound asleep. Asleep well enough and long enough for me to find my camera as well. Mad Max and Porthos are the two in the middle. The two bums are Napoleon and Mayhem ciao

Mayhem could rattle the rafters without the amplification of a full length of dryer hose. He was the first ferret that I had ever had that snored, I don't mean cute snuffles, I mean all out snoring. I seriously thought when I first heard it that one of the dogs was sleeping at that end of the house. I've since had a number of fuzzes who snore, Lady Pooka is the number one snarfler, second only by a hair to Boris at the moment . ciao
