I go through this with Boris with every new(ish) meat. Since he may have IBD(shows a lot of signs), I'm trying to control it with diet and probiotics. Unfortunately, this little monster is convinced every new meat is poisonous  Not to worry, after doing this for a couple of days, he realizes he's liked it all along after all  Video of Boris and elk for the first time:  |

I'll tell you, Boris is a beautiful boy. I bet he loves being spoon fed like a little king-between squirming, he looks like he's in heaven. P.S-Your music is beautiful and really relaxing.

Which is a nice change I think he's finally realized it's not going to do him any good anyway And shilohismygirl, he does love being hand fed- if it's something he likes |

Maybe I should try that with Badger...She is KILLING me. The only one still on kibble, and I would just really like to get rid of it to keep the others doing well!!

I use that method for all my furkids. They love the extra attention (and many of my furkids are starved for it) and it cuts switching time. It takes a bit of time out of your day but the benefits outweigh any of the time loss

What a spoiled boy! He's like "no, no please mom not that....welll okaay, if you insist, I guess I can let you spoil me....but Mom, really I need to ah...play..yes, must play no time to eat...well, I guess it is pretty tasty...nomnomnom maybe I can play later nom nom...wait play...right, must escape...." Poor little guy looks like he loves it but wants to keep up his "appearances" of not liking it. haha Cute video.

I honestly think he eats it to "shut me up" as it were He KNOWS he's not going anywhere til he gets at least a tablespoon or two into him, so he finally caves and eats |
