Sidney is getting his lump removed from his chin on December 22 and by the vet I want to remove it. I am so relieved. When he was a baby he had an accident, it was my fault. I accidentally closed his head in a drawer, I didn't see him underneath it. It chipped a little piece and that little piece continued to grow and try and reattach to his chin. It used to be the size of a pea, but now is the size of 2 peas. He got x-rays and it is just bone, it almost feels like a callus. It doesn't seem to be bothering him, but it sure is bothering me. I'm afraid it is going to keep growing and that is what my vet fears too. That and it is not firmly attached right now, so before it does become attached, time to remove it. Huck on the left and Sid on the right. Attachments:

Good luck, I just had a lump removed off my girl today and she is home and well with nasty tumor gone, scary to have surgery done though.

Better to play it safe, and have it removed now, before it becomes a real problem down the road! Good luck with your girl
