I am new to ferretdom, and can't wait to learn more. My little dude came to me as a 3ish year old male, with no health problems. He was on Meow Mix (evil bad ugh!), but is now on a diet called Totally Ferret. I am interested in learning about the raw food diet and how it works. Can't wait to get to know some of you...

You made it! Welcome to the forum! There is soo much good info here - check out the threads in the Nutrition and Feeding section of the forum to read about raw diet. I hope we can convince you to switch it really is the best way to go for a healthy ferret! I forgot to warn you...pictures are mandatory!

It's called "Before and After", and just shows some of the physical differences between our ferrets when they were on kibble, as compared to raw!

Its true, pictures are mandatory! In fact, even I have a picture (thanks to mom and her camera:)) By the way, that visit was a miracle!!!!! I'm so glade you know to take them off of cat food.
