They were eating everything I offered them. They all of a sudden refused to eat any chunks. I made the soup like I usually do but I added a little bit of liver and gizzards and made it thicker. Rikku loved it and ate a bunch and Risa and Rena licked it of my finger but I dont think they ate any out of the bowl but they also ate more recently than Rikku so I dont think they were very hungry.

So far today they have eaten 3 cubes of soup. I hand fed Rena and Risa and they ate about 1 cube each and I dont know who ate the third cube. I weighed them today and no one has lost weight.

You're doing a good job. Just go slow. They get fussy when they think you're trying to force them to do something. Think of them as bratty little toddlers. You have to trick them into doing what you want them to do. Try to make them think it's their idea.

Rena ate out of the bowl 3 times today but each thime she did not eat much so I am going to hand feed her. Risa ate out of the bowl once so I will hand feed her too. Rikku loves the soup. He eats like 4 cubes a day.

Some of the poops are normal and some of them are runny.

None of them have eaten anything today. The food has been siting in their cage and none of them even seem to care that the food is there.

Sometimes they do that. It's okay for a healthy ferret to go 12 or even 24 hours without food. And many times it helps for them to be actually hungry to move on to the next step. Maybe this would be a good time to offer some minced meat off your finger or a spoon and see what they think.

They have been eating chunks. I made their soup in a food processor instead of the blender and it does not cut up skin so I just take the skin off chop it up myself and put it in the soup and the last time I made soup I didnt let the food processor blend it for very long so there is some chunks of meat. They have been eating all of the soup, even the chunks of skin and meat.

Good! Has everyone eaten at least one meal in the last 24 hours?
