The FDA has issued a recall of 1-gallon containers of Nestle Pure Life Purified Drinking Water in the Northeast due to possible contamination by cleaning solvent. The gallon jugs were sold at Shop-Rite Stores and fewer than 150 containers are affected. www.fda.gov/oc/po/firmrecalls/nestle06_08.html
