So I ordered from CHP because I want some freeze dried raw treats. I had not checked my email lately, but when I ordered they said nothing about not being able to ship to AK. I figured if they can ship to Canada, why not Alaska? Well, I have been checking my mail and haven't seen any box, so I checked my email and noticed a refund! I looked more and found that they sent me an email saying something about If we don't get a reply we will issue a refund. It did not say WHY I needed to reply, or if there were shipping issues, or what. I feel bad because, had I seen the email in time, I would have replied. Is that standard for them to send a confirmation email that you must reply to? Or was there perhaps an issue with the order and/or shipping? I want to try ordering again (and checking my email this time!) but I though perhaps someone here who has ordered from them would know if that is normal. If not, then I can just contact them about shipping and what not, and if they don't ship to AK, maybe find someone that I can ship to, and have them then send it to me? Sorry if this is in the wrong spot!

I honestly don't remember if I had a confirmation email or not with my first order. Try using the "contact us" form, and ask! I do know I've ordered a LOT from there, and never had any problems. And yes, if there is any problems with shipping to Alaska, you can send it through me.

Ok, thanks! I will try ordering again (before my pay check disappears! lol) and see if I get the email again. If it still doesn't work I will contact them and see what the deal is. Do you normally order to a PO Box? That is my mailing address, so maybe that was the issue. I wouldn't think so though... Hmm, ok well attempt 2!

No, mine comes to my house. Even a post box shouldn't be a problem, though.

Yaaaaaayyy!!!! It came! Two large sample packs worth of freeze dried meats. And guess what? After a few skeptical sniffs...Koda LOVES them!!!! I can FINALLY start training him "Roll Over" now that I have dry treats and he is picking it up quickly.

Yeah, she emailed me and said sorry about the first time. Still not sure what happened. But now I am stocked up on healthy treats for a bit. Koda LOVES the chicken ones! haha I have yet to try them all.

You should see if Koda likes the duck duck crunch! I bought a huge bag of it for my ferts and they LOOOOOOOOOOOOVE it. Even treat-resistant Asher will do anything for a piece of duck crunch!
