Well our ball python breeding is done with this year. There is a slim chance for eggs at this point. I'd say less than 10% but we shall see. So anyway. We bred my snow corn snake to my normal male and got eggs! They were laid on 4/28/10. Today is day 49 of incubation. She laid 16 eggs but only 8 of them are fertile and growing. Zim laying her eggs on 4/28/10 In the incubator Halfway through incubation. (Yes bad eggs go moldy. The mold will not harm the good eggs so I didn't bother removing them) A look inside The eggs are much more full than the pic above and there is a lot of wiggling going on inside. The earliest they will hatch is June 27th. Latest is around July 7th. So keep your fingers crossed for the earlier date. I'll update as things progress. Who knows? In 11 days, we could have baby corn snakes!

That is COOL! I'm not much of a reptile person...but that is really neat! I look forward to seeing what the babies look like! You learn something new every day... I didn't know that eggs molded when they are bad... that's cool

Congrats pn the eggs! I have corn snakes too! I have a surprise clutch, from a female I wasn't going to breed until next year. She came to me gravid. She layed 9 eggs on July 4th. 2 went bad & I think 3 others are bad too. However, I do have 4 good eggs right now, & I'm counting the days. Are you on cornsnake.com?
