There's a discussion on another group I belong to--a person is questioning whether her vet did xrays that he charged her for. The person is also wanting said xrays to get a second opinion. Anyone (from Canada) know who to contact to find out if a client can get copies of any medical procedures done. Are all provinces different/same?
