His two dogs and my 2 non-pittie dogs all get along well, so that's made it easier on everyone except poor Buster. I've been out househunting most days, and cooking and cleaning the rest LOL. Oh - I mustn't forget about taking advantage of the pool in the backyard as well  Anyhoo - I still haven't seen my fuzzies!  I was planning on going out there today, but I couldnt get a hold of my aunt. Oh well, there's always next week I reckon. Well, I'm off to bed now. Talk to ya'll later! ~Jenn |

Ok, here's the latest, We FINALLY found a house we BOTH like yesterday - that's a miracle in itself. The first mortgage chick we were working with turned out to be, um, well, to be nice, she just wasn't what we wanted to work with. So hubby is talking to another company right now and I'll know more in a little while. Meanwhile, we're still waiting to close on the house we're selling - before we can do anything with the one we want to buy. They had problems with their first lenders as well, and have moved on to another, but things are looking good, and Lord willing, we may close next week! So, if all works out in our favor, we could possibly be in our own house by mid-august, which is what we were shooting for. The kiddos start school Aug 25, and we'd like to know where to register them Living with Dad isn't horrible. In fact, the kids are at my grandparents and Dad is in Mexico at the moment, so the house is MINE hahahahaha. Buster is the only dog who isn't "in the pack" yet, the other 4 are doing well, and I plan on introducing him, muzzled, later today. He LOVES to swim in the pool, so in place of daily walks we take daily swims and do some laps, literally - I wish all the dogs were that easy LOL (I MUCH prefer swimming). My kitty Buttons is still at my brothers and doing great. Her and his cat, Luna are bestest buds now and play together and sleep together. Luna even lets Buttons onto her favorite spot - the 9ft high cabinet in the bathroom (I have pics, I'll post them later). This house we're looking at already has a kitty door from the house into the garage, which is something I was planning on doing to put the cat's litterbox out there! Yay! So anyhow, that's the news for now, things are moving along, slowly, but hopefully I'll be around more and more now, with the exception of when we actually move into whatever house we end up in. And now, while I'm waiting for dad's lawn guys to show up, I'll browse the forum until time to go play in the pool  ~Jenn |
