all I have seen in my reading is that they have a limited number of colors that they see not which ones I was wondering if anyone here knew I am guessing that dark pink might be one because when my girls wear that color the fuzzies act like a big new toy has walked into the room

I'll have to chek out the article - but fert can see reds and they MAY be able to see some blues. At least that's what I've heard!
When I make bedding for disabled or older ferrets, I always use red fleece lining!

Purple has red in it, so maybe that's why.

My fuzzies prefer dark green and a soft lilac type purple. Towles, hammocks and blankies of any other color only get used if the green and purple ones are not available! How is that for interesting?

I love the personality quirks they all have! And to be honest, the only purple he's obsessed over is, of course, ROYAL purple He prefers the other shades to any other colour, but given his choice?
