I'm trying to figure out if my ferrets are eating less because it's getting to be warm out and they're not packing on winter weight or if it's because they aren't fully taking to being back on the raw diet.
When they were on raw before, it was in fall/winter and the girls were eating 3-4 ounces a day, while my boy was eating 5 and even 6 ounces a day at times (keep in mind he was under a year old as well and still growing).
I haven't been able to figure out how much each is eating, but I have witnessed all 5 of them eating at different times, so I know they're eating some of it. There just seems to be a ton of leftover food, even though I'm giving them the same amount as before.
I guess my question is: How much does the amount of food your ferrets eat decrease from winter to summer?
Also, none of them have lost any weight except Nuka, who is looking a bit thinner than usual, but not unhealthily so.

During the winter my girls will eat 3-4 oz per day and then in the summer it drops to 1-2 oz. So it sounds like your fuzzbutts are on track.

Same as mine. In the summer, normally 1-3 oz a day(for the females), depending on the fert. Late autumn/winter, just double that. And don't forget- when a ferret is first switched, their appetite is a lot heftier than they will ultimately settle down to.
