I was recently looking through the website of the humane society that's pretty local to me, only to discover that they have 10 ferrets in their building right now! Luckily they have a no-kill policy, but they do have to transfer animals, and I'm not sure it's always to another no-kill shelter. That is to say basically, that if anyone has any extra room in their homes that they should look into some of these guys Here's the link! boulderhumane.org/hsbv/go.asp?mode=adopt_other

I went there today to look into it. Turns out they're not a no-kill shelter afterall, but they have good hopes for these ferrets, luckily. They're all such sweetie pies. 8 of them were all together and they get along so well. Such sweet little furbabies! I'm trying to convince my parents into one or two more...
I'm so sorry to hear about your male. ): That's always really tough.
