I've been reading many threads, and I noticed some of you feed your ferret raw and kibble? I fed my dogs raw, and I was always told not to feed both because the kibble digests way slower then the raw meat, which causes problems?

I feed one of my babies raw and kibble, but that is only because she is currently in transition, and the only way she will touch the ground turkey is with kibble mixed in as well.
Mixing kibble and raw can indeed cause digestive upset. I believe it is suggested that if you are going to feed kibble and raw, to separate the two by a few hours.

That is the general idea. Some ferrets(or other animals) don't tolerate the two together at all. Others have no problems with it. Also, some, if they have the choice, will only eat the kibble, and never touch the meat if they have the choice. General rule of thumb is to have at least 4-6 hours between(for ferrets). Their digestive systems are really quick, so that is usually long enough for them.
