Georgia the black footed ferret is due today

This is one of my favorite past times sitting and watching this little girl sleeping or scratching I have my own ferts to watch but she is so cute AND GONNA BE A MOMMY! She is at the national zoo and she is featured on their web cam. If anyone else is interested in the possibility of watching her give birth I think this would be a great learning experience. Defiantly will be for me I will stay up as long as is takes. I know for a fact she is gonna pop soon because any other time I have tried to watch at this time she has been out of her nest box playing somewhere until 3 A.M or later. so hurry and check her our I can't wait!!!

She gave birth to one kit by artificial insemination and it doesn't look like she will have anymore but she is such a good mommy and the little baby is adorable.
