New to raw food. Need info

I am considering my ferrets to a raw food diet but I dont know much about it. What are some of the cheaper things i could feed them on that diet? how do i get them to eat raw stuff? I have fed our girl gizzards and hearts but our boy wont touch it. our girl also wont eat bones but i heard they are good for them. how do i get them to eat everything. btw i refuse to feed live prey. I'm open to the raw stuff but I cant handle seeing animals die

The hardest part is convincing them that you are trying to feed them good stuff, and that you're not poisoning them
