Here's my cage cover... Two yards each of green and orange fleece (to match our walls) and some velcro tabs. I still remember how to sew a straight line

That looks great! And you did a really good job on the cover. Mine is simply an old sheet tied around it . Can we say lazy?

I remember how excited I was when I first got my FN!! I hope to see pics of yours with Stewart enjoying his crib soon I still rearrange it and redecorate my cage super often! I get ideas from pics online, and by what the girls appear to like and dislike. I made shelf covers last week - it changes the whole look of the cage! I'm considering making a cage cover... I want to find a fabric that matches the living room, but isn't too plain. . . I like the rubbermaid litterbox - I'm afriad I'm going to have to steal that idea Sorry! Maybe I'll see you at the Buckeye Bash! I can't wait!!

You'll notice there's no top to the cover... it's just three pieces sewn along the edges. It took longest just to pin them together Ohh, and it's not actually fleece, it's felt! Nice and cheap. I forget where I saw the rubbermaid litterbox idea, but I've been really happy with it and the boys' hit rate has been just about perfect. I drilled a hole close to the top edge to put a bolt through and... okay, let me just go take another picture.

I forget where I saw the rubbermaid litterbox idea, but I've been really happy with it and the boys' hit rate has been just about perfect. We do that to our Ferret Nation cages too and I'm with you, our boys have a 100% success rate compared to every other corner box, high back, cat pan whatever... I swear that setup could train even the stubbornest Ferret as I've done it a few times and different Ferrets who don't use the litter box pick right up on it. Lovely cage too, I personally adore green.
