R.I.P. Snoopy
July 2007 - 1st July 2009
Snoopy was one of my first ferrets. She was full of character -even though she did bite. She had one kit last year (Tilly), who i decided to keep, she is still with us today and now it the proud (and very tired) mother of four beautiful kits!
Sadly, after being mated successfully she did not produce any kits and because of the high levels of oestrogen she got bone marrow depression. We took her to the vets were she was given a Jill jab and a Vitamin B12 jab. Because of the high amount of weight that she lost, i had to syringe feed her as often as i could with a high calorie food. But sadly, it was too much for her and she died on the 1st July 2009.
She is extremely missed, and i would do almost anything to have her back!! x
