The poor ferrets hadn't been let out yet today, so I decided to let them play in the bathroom while I took a shower. So they're running around the bathroom, running amok. And I decide, "hmm let's open the shower door, see what they think."
I open it and Leo comes in and inspects the "rain box." To my surprise, he runs in!!!
LOL! So now I have a ferret in the shower with me. He runs around and plays in the water. I'm letting the shower just straight up RAIN on him and he LOVES it. HAHAHA.
Then Molly runs in! And now I have two ferrets jumping around in the shower with me.
They got good and soaked and then bounced around in towels afterward. I have taken my dogs in the shower with me before, I'm wondering if this is going to be a funny way to bathe them in the future..
They love getting wet. LOL

I have some who love being in the shower with me, others who can't get out fast enough . Only thing I've found you have to be careful of is when you have a head full of shampoo. That seems to be when they enjoy nipping toes/feet the most

Haha, I waited until I was done with my personal shower before I let them in, lol. They had a blast romping in and out. I just gave them their first baths today, since they've been living with me (since March, I suppose). I don't know if the previous owner bathed them, their coats were soft before but now they are soooooo soft. Haha. Definitely some dirty water tho, they did play outside for a bit a couple days ago. They gave me a guilt trip about the bath, but I think they forgave me since I let them run around the living room of a friend's house today. :3 They had a LOT of fun, and the best part was the room was mostly ferretproofed already Made it easy and fun. The ferts had a blast

That's always a lot of fun! Mine hate their baths. Seems to have something to do with being shampooed . As soon as that comes out, game's over! Mine never get a bath unless they've smeared stool on themselves somehow , or gotten REALLY dirty otherwise. They'll go 8-9 months with no bath, then suddenly have to have something washed off them 3 days in a row! Usually all it takes is a bit of a soak, though, with no shampoo needed.
