Depends how they like it My guys won't eat it unless it's cut up. Their preferance. If they will eat it whole great but ... cut it up if they won't ciao

You will see other side effects long before you overload on vit a....you're little ones will get serious loose poopy problems. You have to adjust as your little ones react to the content of their diet. I find there's a wide range and size isn't the only factor as to how much your little ones can handle. If you find that your little ones get serious loose poopies after having a dose of liver then cut it back. I have a couple of fuzzies who react no matter what, so I mix with some ground meat and bone mixture. That way they get what they need but it's countered with bone. I know that's a rather vague answer especially about amount but raw feeding is very individualized which is one of the nice things about it but also one of the frustrating things when you first start. So the easiest is to start with a quantity and work with that and either add more or less depending on the needs of the individual. ciao
