Today we went out to try find some thing's for the rats and quail to play with as we had a little spare money and were really bored sooo we went out and found mop heads for 79p each so we took a few home, hung them off the top of the cages and they rats loved them! Then we had an idea, we took one and tied pieces of fresh meat into it and also as we have just had a litter of mice (we mis-sexed one so she was left in with the boys and gave birth today) we killed the pinkies and tied them into the mops and gave them to the ferrets and they went mad! The played about with it and rummaged through it for ages and after stashing it we took it away, left it to soak in boiling water and 1/4 cup of vinegar, rinsed it and its back to new. Needless to say we will be buying loads more
