Cute! I did something similar with my girls shortly after we got them last year. But they wouldn't put their paws in it.
You can hear Fierra making her little hissy sound at about 4 seconds.

I like that idea much better than bringing them outside because at least the air isn't cold & I don't have to freeze and keep them from escaping their harnesses.
