It came in the mail yesterday.
Here is the top
Here is the bottom
Here is the whole cage
Here is Mr. Bean snoozing in the double pocket sleeper. Couldn't open the cage door to get a better shot or he would have woke up. His eyes are kind of open but he sleeps with them open sometimes....
And here is on of the adorable stickers that comes on the box. I stuck them on the FN over the little plaque thing that says FN on the left doors.
They are completely in love with the large barrel. They are all piled in there right now. They didn't even flinch when I opened the cage to check and see where they all were. I love the pattern so much, there are flowers and girlie colors in there and there are also boy colors and skulls in it. Angie did such a great job.

I have a set with the same fabric and just love it (although I think I have the larger-sized skull print... all JoAnn's had). And I picked lime green pieces in mine too! I added one of the skull hammocks from Stinkweasels, and it garners a lot of attention... maybe not always compliments from some people, but attention.

Did you make your own set? As for the attention and compliments from the fabric..It has gained only attention and compliments from you and Angie (Lady who made it) She really really likes it and obviously you do too since you have the same but in bigger print. Not all people have the same taste as people like you and I though. I really like it. I would love to see pictures of your set to see how the larger print looks.

I had one set made by Crystal at the Lazy Hammock, with one of the pieces in the skull print, and then liked it so much I had Angie do the second set -- I sent her the fabric. Crystal had called it "carnival skulls" but I think the fabric itself says "calaveros negros" or similar (been awhile since high school Spanish). Of course I have pictures! I'll try to get some up tonight.

When did you get you set made by Angie? She had just got done making a set with the larger print (4 inch skulls with glitter) for a lady before I placed my order in the beginning of october. As for what the print is called it is Calaveritas which means little skulls. And yes they are sugar skulls from the mexican day of the dead. I love them. Can't wait to see your set. I was going to get the larger print but it has glitter and my boyfriend payed for the set (Loki and Mr. Bean are technically his) and he wasn't going for glitter lol. I am kind of bummed though they don't like the double pocket sleeper Maybe it will take time. So far only Mr. Bean has slept in it once in the pic. I moved it up to the top shelf as you can see and then I moved it again. Little stinkers.

I received my set from Angie at the end of July this year. Mine is the glitter skulls one, yep, so it could have been mine! Originally I had it in the FN. Mine took to the pocket sleeper right off. I also had Angie make a ring bed out of Michael Miller's "Goth Baby" fabric. It was immediately Trick's favorite thing. He was actually peacefully curled in it when he passed... sweet but sad. Then, since there was only Trouble, I moved her into the Mini Mansion and the kittens into the FN... the cats love to visit her, though. I set the ring bed on top so as not to get too crowded inside, and the cats use it too. And kitties also love hammocks. I really do appreciate having the sets. It helps make the cages part of the room, instead of a blotch of random rainbow colors in the corner.

I know what you mean about the blotch of random rainbow colors. I used to use random blankets and mixmatched sleepers. They didn't like the triangle tent so it was just decoration lol. Here is the randomness and the older newer set: holisticferret.proboards80.com/index.cgi?board=cage&action=display&thread=767I have 2 sets made by Angie now. I love both of them. I was going to get a different fabric and have different peices made by Angie and Valerie from Royal Dooks bedding but in the end it was too confusing so I just stuck with Angie. The babies are sleeping in the double pocket sleeper now, I moved it again so it is in front of the barrel and I put the den on the top shelf. If you get a chance to order from Angie again get a large barrel and a cuddle cave for sure, mine love theirs so much they are must have items. In the third pic u posted what is that thing the fuzzie is coming out of is it a sleep sack? Your kitties are cute I love the hammock pic. Which one of the fuzzies is trick? They are both adorable.

I think that's what Angie called a "floor cube" in the third picture. Just like a hanging one, without the clips. In the photo it's on top of a pocket sleeper. Trick was the albino; Trouble is my little sable girl.
When I decide to spend the money, I'd like to get a cover for the three-story FN-- I think Valerie makes those? I wish I'd picked up more skull fabric for accents, since I've only seen it online lately.
And I've heard a lot of good things about the barrels.

I agree it would look even better with a few more sugar skull peices in the FN at least. In the Mini mansion it is overflowing with comfort lol. I really like that mod flower print too. I contemplated getting that for my first set but since my boyfriend payed for them I was not allowed to. Just like I couldn't get the larger print skulls because of the glitter. Valerie does make covers but I am not sure how much of the cage it covers. It is hard to tell from the picture on her site. It looks like it only covers the top and back. It could cover the sides and not the front but I don't know. Her site has been closed for some months now. It was supposed to be back open 3 months ago but its not yet. www.freewebs.com/fuzzyloving/cottageproductsjewelry.htmSomeone on Ferret Village does make covers though. Maybe if you asked Angie she could make you one even though they aren't on her list.
