Is heart considered a muscle meat, or organ? I'm trying to rework my feeding schedule to exclude chicken(Boris has a sensitivity) and pre-made frozen(none of them like it).

Correct, its counted as a muscle meat. Basically remember this rule "If it doesn't secrete, feed it as meat".  Tss taught me that one.  |
