I fed Zuko and Katara an entire thigh last night at about 11:30. I went to feed them this morning and they still had a little under half of it left. Should I just leave it in there or do I need to give them fresh? This is the first time they have left any meat over night.
Thanks, Stacy

I usually just add a bit more if it's only been out for the night. Generally they'll finish everything up, and if there's any left after 24 hours, I throw it out.

in the winter months we leave food 24hours ish... in the summer we feed only after dark and remove extras in the morning before the heat and or flies...
but then ours are outside ferrets and this might make a difference
