It took us a bit longer than we thought but it is done! Zuko and Katara are loving it. I still have some bedding to make and another ramp. The cage is 5' T X 4' W X 2'D. It has 3 full floors, 4 small shelves, feeding den with the top as a floor. Full Picture Bottom: Middle and top: Top:

It turned out great, love that you fit a feeding den in there too. What are the floors made from? they look thin, are they wood? I love the hard wood linoleum- I wanted to use that for my new cage but mum thought a 'stone' look was more like a castle. lol

It is a thin ply wood. The cage started out at like 25lb not it is more like 60-70lb lol.

That's huge! How much did it all cost, and more importantly, how do the ferrets like it??

All in all it cost about $100. The Ferrets love it! If we are not home they have a ton on room to play. They have a ball pit/dig box and a toy box up top. middle they have the octopus and a few toys. Bottom is feeding and sleeping. I have changed a few things from that pic. I try to change it around every time I do laundry.

That cage is amazing. Ever thinking of possibly making a tutorial on how you made it? Also, How well does it work with Smell?

Sorry for the late reply! It has been almost a year since we made the cage and it is still working great. I had instructions on how to make it once upon a time but my computer crashed so I'm not sure if I still have it.
As for the smell, there isn't any. The fur buts are good at using the litter box and they keep most of the food in the feeding den. I clean the litter boxes every couple of days (depending on the days) and clean the feeding den with vinegar and water every other day.
We are going through a flea problem from the new puppy so bedding gets cleaned when the litter boxes do.
If you want instructions send me a PM and I will see if I can find them.
