Hello and welcome. Everyone on the forum is very nice and super helpfull if you have any dietary questions go check out the newbie questions under diet. you need to make a banner ( i can make one for you -just get the pics to me and tell me what kind of background you want) and then upload it to a photobucket account ( they are free if you do not have one) then you copy and paste the img code to the siggy section under your profile. Its easier then it sounds.
