Hey all, firstly I am The Slaves mate, so thats why I will be using her laptop (i dont have my own). Anyway - I am a 15 Y/O guy and have had ferrets since I was 12. I am pretty addicted to natural things for my ferts (Thanks to M [the slave]!!). I had alot of troubles with them to eat raw at first as they were rescued-orphaned wild polecats, I got them at about 12 weeks old so they grew up friendly with humans, but they were fed on kibble so refused raw at first but we got there - after 8 months! I try to keep they're lives as natural as possible wich includes: 30ft x 26-ish ft enclosure covering the whole garden including warrens for sleeping, trees (I conreted about 1.5ft x 1.5 ft "tubs" underground so they dont grow too big), log walks, tunnels, ponds with fish (I often find 1 or 2 missing if I am late for feeding time ) etc I mostly rely on natural remedies and methods for keeping my boys healthy (I make up natural shampoos, skin conditoners, flea/tick repllelents etc) unless they need the vets, they dont really go. The only times they have been is for a vaccine. They get purely raw/whole prey foods and dont get processed supplements, vitamins and so on. Anyway, hope I can learn some more and help some people here. Later!

Thanks, I am pretty proud of my ferts place especially since I made most of it myself and was able to pay board for them (my dad has loads of birds of prey and he has to board them at a falconry centre next door so I can have the garden lol ) and yup, should have a few pics soon from the garden, out and about (will also try get some of the enclosure). Yeah, 100% pure european polecat, they are actually pretty light for polecats IMO but they are deffo wild bred! Ty

He is bringing them around in half an hour or so for me to have a look at they're nails (he's a wuss and always worries about them even if they were cut the day before ) so I might be able to snap some pics, and will try get one of them together for colour comparison (1 is ALOT darker then the other) although its unlikely lol.
