Ok, I noticed that poor little Shiloh had some gunk in her right eye. The other eye seemed clear and beautiful, but the other eye had stuff in it, right on her eyeball, and she has that one slightly closed. I was going to try and wait for 24 hours to see if it clears up, but I'm so scared that I'm going to make a huge mistake by not rushing her to the vet immediately in the a.m. Do you guys have advice or feedback? Every moment that something irregular goes down with them, I freak out. I love them so darned much, I don't want to mess being a ferrent up. They truly are my children, and Shiloh my only special little lady. I know I might seem crazy, jumping at every little thing, but these fellows go down fast too often for comfort. Let me know what you think.

you can try to wipe it clean with a warm soft cloth...somtimes they get dust or a peice of fur that irritates their eye and makes it watery/gunky... Is she itching at it, is the area around the eye warmer than the rest of her body?

She isn't itching at it, and the eye isn't warmer than the rest of her body-I did wipe it off with a soft warm cloth, and it hasn't come back yet-she looks as though it's cleared up, but I'll be watching very closely.

She likely just got a hair in it. Just keep an eye, make sure it doesn't come back, or go greenish in colour(infection)
