What besides chicken and turkey hearts have taurine? I cannot find hearts anywhere and I know cats and ferrets need taurine.

In general darker meats have more taurine. Dark poultry meat (chiccken thighs, etc., ) lamb is very high, darker cuts of pork, beef, etc. all have higher taurine content than something like chicken breast. Heart meat has a lot of taruine as well.
You can also use taurine supplements pretty easily since it's tasteless (and not expensive). It can sometimes be difficult to locate.

what about goat? i know a lot about goats except how they compare to sheep and other animals in regards to the meat. mine are milkers.... but occasionally i manage to get goat meat for the dog.
might be easier to get goat meat than anything else, depending on where you live.
