You even have the same cage as me (cept mine's white)! That is too funny. I know it seems small at first glance, but i've found it to be nearly perfect for free roam fuzzies. Just enough room for their favorite sleeping hammock, litterbox, food, and water.
I love the set up in it, looks so comfy!

That's not a bad size for a solo ferret. It's also not bad for a ferret who spends most of his time on the roam. I'm sure he will find it more than comfy, it's set up nicely for sleeping ciao

lol Thats awsome we have the same cage! , lol. It was a ferret starter one and the planks on it were both supose to be on the ground but then there was SOOOO much room in the sky that i decided i wanted it to be more then one story. And he loves it, however he does not sleep in the hammic. He wont even go in it=[. I try to put him in it and does not work. He would rather sleep on the floor or in the bed thats on the floor of the cage (The polka dotted thing you see in some pictures) I think its still to small.... I know hes not in it alot but sometimes i don't send enough time with him and it makes me sad that hes in something that small. I'm trying to save money for a big one. It would make me feel better knowing he has ALOT of room to roam when hes locked up. Im just a freck about it.... lol

Nice room! I wish I could dedicate a whole room to mine! They get a lot of free roam time, but it would be nice to have a room just for them.

Do you mean he climbs out of the gate to the room? I had that problem, so my bf just built me a solid plywood gate, sanded it down and painted it so they can't get out. I have heard of people making plexing glass gates too. Just a suggestion!

He looks a lot like my Boogie! Do you know if he's deaf since he's a panda?
Also, I love that pirate ship. And the whole room, pretty much. My kids have my bedroom but don't get to free roam unless I can supervise. I'm afraid they'll mess up my bed or find /something/ to get into.

To tell you the truth i have no idea. I think he might be, which makes me very sad. I'll call his name and try to make noises and he wont look towards me or anything. Kinda makes me sad. It was my cats room befor it was his, lol. At first i would not let him out of his cage unless i was up, But now the door to his cage is always open, i know my cats wont hurt him. So my ctas go in there, i have two chairs so they can easily get in and out of it. I got the pirate ship at walgreens for like ten dollars, it took me abnout 3 hours to put it together But Rascal Loves it
