On the fourth I ordered Paulie's FN 142 from Ferret.com (free shipping, yay). I am so excited, as I felt it really was time for a major cage upgrade since I am moving and will want something sturdier and lockable. So I received the Ferret Nation today. Its missing 3 parts(two ramps and a ramp cover) and one is bent (one part of the stand that connects it to casters), so I'm working with Midwest to get them replaced. They have a good reputation for that--and I remember people sharing some of those stories here (one reason I bought one of their cages) so this should work out without any returns. I wish the box were in better shape though. It barely made it from PA to OH and now it has to go from OH to MI. I plan to put it together in Michigan since I have only 1 month until I move.

That sucks Hopfully you will get a replacment for everything. I got my FN 142 from Ferret.com also, mine came in good shape. the box looked like it had been tramped by a herd of buffalo, but the cage and all its parts were fine. Ive heard stories of FNs coming with broken/missing parts but all of them have said that they called the company and they sent replacements for free

Actually, they emailed me back yesterday and they are replacing everything! That's why they have one of the best reputations in the business. So, I should get them just in time for the move (which was when I planned to put the new cage together!)
