So my lovely extended family. Situations in my life now have caused me to reevaluate my life and where I stand in my marriage. Its tough to say that I'm going to seperate from my husband with an immediate divorce following. Within the next couple of weeks I will be MIA from the boards as I set home with my parents and begin to rebuild my life. My fuzzies will remain a permanent part of me and I have zero intentions of taking them out of my life. My only sad option is that I must give up my lab puppy. Its going to be tough trying to keep 2 dogs in an apartment..let alone my parents house or even my sisters house for that matter. He's a beautiful dog and it really breaks my heart to have to give him up because of this situation in my life. Anyway guys I shall be back soon, but just wanted you all to know why I wasn't on. Oh man! Meli, that sucks! Im sorry to hear that. I hope you sort things out in your life and you are able to get to a solid place where you are genuinely happy.

I will certainly miss hearing from you! Please come back as soon as you feel stable. I'll be keeping you in my thoughts!

Im sorry you have to give up your labby (having had to rehome pets before I know it is NEVER easy) I wish you the best of luck in finding him a loving home.

.....but hurry back soon. Who else am I going to spar with and defend my ferret clan against? :'(

haha raider is so cute! I love his fuzzy hugs! My two are insane! I think they know I'm stressed and come running after me...literally chasing me around the house haha!! Anyway guys really I feel like a ton of bricks have been lifted off my shoulders. I feel free and me again. I also think I have a home for my lab! So keep him in your thoughts!! Thanks for caring you guys! This is why I love this board! You all are true friends!

Its funny that you say this, Meli. I was with my ex boyfriend for 3 years and I was MISERABLE. I didnt even realize HOW miserable being with him made me until after we broke up. Last year I dumped him and I never felt better! OMG It was amazing. I wanted to skip down the freaking street! About a month later I met Tim (my new boyfriend) and I just fell head over heels. I didnt expect to date someone new so quickly BUT I had been over my ex well before we ever broke up. I decided not to pass a good thing up and Im so glad I did what I did. Tim and I will have been dating for exactly 1 year (as of tommorow). He (tim) taught me how to laugh and be young and carefree again. I will never forget how alive I felt when I left my ex and started dating Tim. It was to this day the most amazing feeling I have ever felt. Freedom! Total freedom!

I am happy that you finally feel free again, sometimes we hold onto things because we are afraid of change, but if we just let go and roll with it we realize "Holy sh*t! Why did I just go with the flow YEARS agao!"

I too know EXACTLY what that was like, I was in a rotten relationship with a guy, he dumped me, and then I ended up with my best friend who had been with me and been my rock throughout that whole crappy relationship, Jordan! lol

I'm so happy for you to finally be free of so much pressure!
