Thanks everyone! Even though they have this room to themselves, and free roam it all day until I put them up for bed at night, Bomber gets PISSED if he doesn't get to have his run of the apartment every day. He will dig at the door for as long as it takes for me to let them out. Evie likes to be his little helper and digs with him. He's such a demanding boy.

Looking very nice. What a fun set up for them. Don't you know, if a ferret is confined to a space they're never happy. If you open the door and let them into a space and then you close the door behind them, they want back into the space that they just left. It's all about that closed door. Whatever is behind that door has to be better than where they are. My one group have the whole house to play in while the other group plays in the ferret room. The ones that are on the outside scratch at the door to get into the ferret room while the ones in the ferret room scratch to get out. If the ones that are out discover that the door to the ferret play area outside is closed then they scratch at that door. It's the same with being caged. It's their insatiable curiousity...it's their total downfall. That's why when a ferret gets outside on their own, they get lost. They're running around looking for that door to scratch at to get to the next place ciao
