Yup the trial banner software. It really wasnt that hard. To get the border around the pics was a b***h though. There isnt a feature to make the border around the pics, so I had to open each pic, make it into a mini banner, add the border, save, then insert into the big banner. Ugh! I know there is an easier way to do that on Paint Shop Pro or Photoshop or something, but Im working with what I got haha!

Yup the Trial banner software is what I used, but you can use Paint Shop Pro and Photoshop as well (I dont have those so I used the banner maker trial).
