Leaving the skin on is a lot better for them. It's just that during the switch, they can sometimes be a bit reluctant to eat it

I generally pull the skin off just where it slows down my cutting (like the loose flabby stuff on the chicken) but I grind it back up with the organ meats to make them more palatable and so the ferts are still getting the fat .

I leave the skin on and depending on what peice it is will throw the whole peice of meat in the cage... Last night the had two huge chicken brests with the bone...this morning, it's all gone! I did however chop up some of the meat for Godiva she's not eating it whole off the bone yet, but then again she's only been with me for two weeks come tomorrow....

Just go to the side of the page where hurricanekatt's name is, and click on the little typewriter symbol Or you can go through your own message inbox, and "create message"

I just wanted to add that shipping on the bigger knives will be a little more. They are bigger and won't fit in the flat rate envelopes. I am going to go by the PO this week and see if they will let me just take one of each size box home so I can size them all.
