It's not really that strange. He'll still get pretty big (1000 lbs), so he's not actually mini. The coloration is pretty cool though. He's not really a cross between a cow and a panda, so the name only applies to the markings.

I love cows but I really wouldn't consider them pets. Heard too many stories about people being gored by bulls to trust one. Even a "mini" cow can still be a dangerous animal. Very cute calf though.

Yeah, I don't think they'd make a great house pet lol. They are adorable but they need room to roam.
I love the black eyes on that one lol

Hahahaha I know me too! Instead it's just cute! I don't know why it's on the news for being a "pet"....cows can be pets if you live on a farm and what not but the second he said 1000 lbs I was wondering why it's not just called a mini cow! I guess the fur is panda like too! What a cute name! But I think for $30,000 it should be a half cow half panda!
